2. Reservations and Bookings
A. Reservation Confirmation
A reservation made through our Site or third-party reservation links is a request and is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email, SMS, or on-screen notification from us or our booking partner.
B. Third-Party Booking Platforms

By making a reservation, you agree to their separate terms and conditions and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the functionality or data practices of these third parties.
C. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellation: If you need to cancel a reservation, you must do so by the method specified in your confirmation (e.g., via the booking platform or by calling us).
Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: For certain high-demand times or special events, we may require a deposit or charge a fee for late cancellations (after a specified cut-off time) or for a no-show. This policy will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
Waitlist: Placement on a waitlist does not guarantee a table.
D. Special Requests
While we try to accommodate all special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions, seating preferences), they are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and the operational capacity of the restaurant on the day of your visit.

A. Ownership

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any legal action or proceeding related to this Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
