1. Booking Requirements and Confirmation

A. Booking Channels

Reservations must be made through our official channels:

  2. Directly by telephone during operating hours.

 

B. Confirmation

Your reservation is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email or SMS directly from Neo Bar KL or our designated booking platform (e.g., [Insert Booking Platform Name]). You may be asked to reconfirm your booking closer to the date.

 

C. Large Parties

We will always do our best to accommodate seating preferences (e.g., window table, bar seating) noted in your reservation. However, specific tables or areas cannot be guaranteed, as seating is allocated dynamically based on the restaurant’s operational needs and capacity on the day.

 

C. Dining Duration

To ensure all guests enjoy their experience, table reservations may be subject to a maximum dining duration. This duration will typically be communicated to you during the booking process or in your confirmation (e.g., 90 minutes for a table of two, 120 minutes for a table of four).

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

A. Notice Period
